Through a membership of 600+ youth groups and 14 local Area Associations, Youth Scotland will enable young people throughout Scotland to maximise their full potential through the provision of quality educational and social opportunities.
Strategically, the organisation aims to:
i)develop strategies which encourage young people to make purposeful contributions to their own groups and communities;
ii)increase the effectiveness of those working with young people;
iii)build the capacity of the area association network;
iv)advocate for our membership; and
v)maintain and develop good practice in all aspects of the management of a youth organisation.
